Ingredients: 

  • Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • Breakfast Sausage (Ground)
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (Shredded)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Breakfast Casserole:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Step 2. Spread the crescent roll dough out in one piece in the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish, pinching the seams closed. 

Step 3. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. 

Step 4. Spread the meat over the crescent roll dough. 

Step 5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, and salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and crescent roll dough. 

Step 7. Sprinkle the cheese on top. 

Step 8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Take it out from the oven, let it cool and it will be ready to serve, enjoy!

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage, Ground
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cup Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
