Ingredients
3lbschicken wings
2tbsp.Olive Oil
½cupSoy Sauce
2tbspKetchup
1cupHoney
½tspGarlic, Minced
Pinchof Salt
Pinchof Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick olive oil cooking spray. Add the oil, soy sauce , ketchup, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stir to combine the ingredients. Pour some of the sauce into the baking dish.
Use a spoon to cover the wings with the sauce.
Bake at 375 degrees until the sauce caramelizes.
Once fully cooked remove from the oven and allow cooling slightly for 15 minutes before serving.
