What's not to love about hamburgers? They're delicious, filling, and perfect for any occasion. But sometimes, you just don't feel like cooking up a whole burger. That's where this casserole comes in! It's quick, easy, and totally satisfying.
Ingredients
1 ½lbs.Ground beef
1Onion chopped
1lb.Elbow macaroni
½tsp.Italian seasoning
½tsp.Paprika
3tsp.Minced garlic
28oz.Jar Pasta sauce
1C.Shredded cheese of your choosing
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the macaroni until al dente and drain well.
Place the onion and ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the onion is softened and the ground beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add the Italian seasoning, paprika, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Stir, and saute for 30 seconds.
Mix in the pasta sauce and noodles, and stir to combine well.
Transfer the mixture to a well greased 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
Loosely cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the tin foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
