package No-Boil Lasagna Noodles
Toppings:
Fresh Cilantro
Pico De Gallo
Sliced Jalapenos
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with pam baking spray.
Using a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, lime juice, taco seasoning, ¾ C shredded mexican cheese, sour cream and salsa. Mix until combined.
Scoop ½ C of the chicken mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and spread.
Lay a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the chicken mixture.
Spread another layer of the chicken on top.
Place a second layer of noodles on top.
Top the lasagna with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Top with cilantro, pico de gallo, and jalapeno slices.
