It is easy to make these Corn and Shrimp Fritters. They taste great and the family is going to love them. You could vary the amount of spice to suit you.
Ingredients
8oz.Cooked shrimp chopped
1C.Hushpuppy mix with onion
½C.Chunky salsa
1Large egg
2Green onions chopped
1C.Frozen corn
½tsp.Creole seasoning
Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat several inches of oil in a deep-sided skillet to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Drop the batter by the spoonful into the heated oil, and cook until golden brown.
Drain the fritters on a paper towel-lined plate, and serve.
