Ingredients
10 ¾ozcan cream of chicken soup
10 ½ozcan French onion soup
1packet au jus gravy mix
½cupwater
4cubed steaks
3Tablespoonscornstarch
3Tablespoonscold water
Instructions
Add the cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, gravy mix, and water to the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Add the cube steak to the slow cooker and toss to coat the steak in the gravy.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and cold water. Stir to create a slurry. Add this to the crockpot after the beef is cooked.
Increase the heat on the slow cooker to high and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the gravy has thickened.
