There's nothing like grilled honey mustard pork chops to be the delicious main course for dinner. It's traditional American fare served at family dinners. In fact, ten percent of all pork consumption in the United States is from pork chops. Pork chops are a lean cut of meat without any of the processing needed for other cuts. It is a versatile meat that can be prepared in many ways, but here's a good one.
Ingredients
1/4CHoney
2tbspPrepared yellow mustard
1tbspOlive oil
4-6of Centre-cut boneless pork chops
1tbspGarlic powder
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add the mustard and honey.
Stir until combined.
Place a cast iron or skillet on the stove, set to high heat.
Add the olive oil and allow it to get hot.
Add the pork chops to the cast iron. .
Sprinkle some garlic powder on top of each pork chop.
Cook the pork chops for 3 minutes.
Flip the pork chop and repeat.
Using a sauce brush, brush both sides of the pork chops with the honey sauce.
Flip the pork chops in 5 minutes and repeat the steps.
