Ingredients
2Bunchessmall carrots peeled with the tops trimmed
2Tbsp.Olive oil
2Tbsp.Honey
¼tsp.Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the carrots that have been peeled and have had their tops trimmed into a well-greased 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture over the carrots in the dish, and toss to coat well.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are done to your liking.
Serve topped with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
