Honey Glazed Oven Roasted Carrots

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 25-30 minutes | Servings: 8

Ingredients:

2 Bunches of small carrots peeled with the tops trimmed

2 Tbsp. Olive oil

2 Tbsp. Honey

¼ tsp. Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

How to make Honey Glazed Oven Roasted Carrots:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Place the carrots that have been peeled and have had their tops trimmed into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Pour the mixture over the carrots in the dish, and toss to coat well.

Step 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are done to your liking.
