Instructions
Place the chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder and shredded cheddar into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Remove the lid, shred the chicken, and stir to combine the ingredients in the slow cooker well.
Place the chicken mixture onto hoagie rolls and top with a slice of the cheddar cheese and some of the crumbled bacon before serving.
