Ingredients for Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken:

3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

16 oz. Cream cheese

1 Packet ranch seasoning mix

1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp. Garlic powder

8 Slices bacon cooked and crumbled

8 Slices Cheddar cheese

8 Hoagie rolls

How to make Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken

Step 1. Place the chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder and shredded cheddar into the bottom of a slow cooker.

b. adding cream cheese

c. adding ranch seasoning

d. adding shredded cheese and garlic powder

Step 2. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.

Step 3. Remove the lid, shred the chicken, and stir to combine the ingredients in the slow cooker well.

Step 4. Place the chicken mixture onto hoagie rolls and top with a slice of the cheddar cheese and some of the crumbled bacon before serving.

    Please can someone tell me what the “crack” means in so many recipes? I am in the UK and haven’t heard of this before. I can’t get ranch mix here, any suggestions for an alternative would be great. Thanks x
