4Yukon Gold Potatoes
2Cans Mixed vegetables Undrained
1Can Sweet corn Undrained
1Can Condensed tomato soup
1Can Petite diced tomatoes
1Can Cut green beans Undrained
PinchSalt
Dash Pepper
2TablespoonsSugar
Instructions
First you want to peel your potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Brown and drain your ground beef. Easy peasy!
Take your potatoes and place them with the beef in your slow cooker.
Open all of your canned vegetables, diced tomatoes and can of tomato soup and add them to the slow cooker. I always suggest adding salt and pepper to taste!
Now here is the secret ingredient that really sets this recipe apart from your average soup - add sugar! You won’t regret it.
Mix it all together well. Let it simmer on low in your slow cooker for 2 - 3 hours.
