Ginger Ale
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ginger ale. Whisk until smooth.
Heat the oil to 350 degrees in a deep-sided skillet.
Dredge the fish in the batter and fry for 4-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
