Ingredients
1package Farfalle or Bow Tie Pasta
½CItalian Dressing
1lbShrimp or Argentine Shrimp, peeled and deveined
3CSpinach or Kale, fresh, stems removed
½TSalt
¼TBlack Pepper, Dried Marjoram and Basil
⅛TThyme
6CWater
Chopped Toasted Almonds, optional
Instructions
In a large pot, boil water and add a pinch of salt
Add in your Farfalle or Bow Tie Pasta and follow cooking directions on the package
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add in your Shrimp. Make sure they are peeled and de-veined.
Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, drain and set to the side in another bowl (cover)
In the same pot you used for the pasta and shrimp, add your Italian Sauce, salt, freshly ground black pepper, dried majoram, basil, and thyme
Cook on low temperature for 1 minute
Add your pasta and shrimp back in. Toss to coat and season to taste
Pour mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped toasted almonds or garnish with fresh cilantro
