The onions will become translucent in color with some slight browningStep 6: Place mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool down
Do not leave in the fridge longer than that Step 7: Heat up a deep pot or fryer to 350 degrees F
Step 8: Roll out your egg rolls into a triangle shape with one pointed edge facing you
Step 9: First, add the ground beef, then sprinkle with your vegetables and top with your cheese sauce. Sprinkle the top with more shredded cheddar cheese
You can use any flavor of Shredded cheese you preferStep 10: Begin by rolling the pointed edge nearest to you over the cheese but stopping the pointed edge right over the filling
Step 11: Secure the edge with a dab of water
Step 12: Lastly, roll into egg roll shape and secure closure with a dab of water
Continue rolling the egg rolls until filling is goneStep 13: Place egg rolls into the deep fryer for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown
Do not overcrowd the pot. You may have to fry in stages to ensure each roll is perfectly goldenDry them off on a paper towel once removed from fryer Serve with your favorite sauce and ENJOY!
