Ingredients
1lb.Beef stew meat
2Large bell peppers chopped into large chunks
1Tbsp.Vegetable oil
3Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
1tsp.Minced garlic
1Can Beef broth
1Can Stewed tomatoes
1Tbsp.All purpose flour
1tsp.Seasoned salt
Instructions
Mix together the flour and seasoned salt.
Sprinkle the seasoned flour over the meat and toss to coat well.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the meat and peppers to the skillet and saute until the meat is seared on all sides.
Add the garlic to the skillet and saute another 30 seconds.
Pour the meat and pepper mixture into a Crockpot.
Mix in the stewed tomatoes, beef broth and worcestershire sauce. Stir to comine.
