Best Ever Pepper Steak

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 8 hours | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef stew meat

2 large bell peppers chopped into large chunks

1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Minced garlic

1 Can Beef broth

1 Can Stewed tomatoes

1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour

1 tsp. Seasoned salt

How to make Best Ever Pepper Steak:

Step 1. Mix together the flour and seasoned salt.

Step 2. Sprinkle the seasoned flour over the meat and toss to coat well.

Step 3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4. Add the meat and peppers to the skillet and saute until the meat is seared on all sides.

Step 5. Add the garlic to the skillet and saute for another 30 seconds.

Step 6. Pour the meat and pepper mixture into a Crockpot.

Step 7. Mix in the stewed tomatoes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

Step 8. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.

Now, ready to serve!
