Ingredients
1lb.Jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
1Tbsp.All purpose flour
1 ½tsp.Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
⅛tsp.Cayenne pepper
6Tbsp.Butter
¼C.Minced garlic
2Tbsp.Oil
1Tbsp.Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper as well as salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the shrimp and toss to combine.
In a skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter in 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Stir the minced garlic into the skillet and saute for a minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, and saute for several minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
