Ingredients
1Loaf of French bread cut in half lengthwise
9oz.Thin Sliced ribeye steak
½tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Pepper
1Tbsp.Oil
1Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
2Tbsp.Butter
1Bell pepper sliced
1Onion sliced
4oz.Mushrooms sliced
⅓C.Mayonnaise
8oz.Sliced provolone cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the sliced bread open side up on a baking sheet and add a layer of mayonnaise to the top.
Layer half of the cheese slices on the bread.
Cook the steak meat in the oil until completely browned, and add the salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
In a skillet, cook the onions, peppers and mushrooms in the butter until softened.
Add the meat to the top of the bread, followed by the vegetables.
