Ingredients
4Salmon fillets
1Green onion chopped for garnish
1Tbsp.Sesame seeds for garnish
For the sauce:
⅓C.Soy sauce
¼C.Orange juice
2Tbsp.Water
2Tbsp.Honey
2tsp.Minced garlic
1Tbsp.Grated ginger
1tsp.Chili flakes
Juice from half of a lemon
½Tbsp.Flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or oven safe skillet.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
