Large shrimp cleaned and peeled but with tails on

Package smoked sausage cut into slices the same thickness as the shrimp

Tbsp.
Olive oil

Tbsp.
BBQ rub seasoning of choice
Wooden skewers
Instructions
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees.
Mix together the shrimp and sausage in a bowl.
Pour the olive oil and seasoning over the meat and mix to combine well.
Layer three shrimp and three slices of sausage onto each wooden skewer.
Grill the skewers for 3-5 minutes per side until done to your liking.
