Ingredients
2Lb.Lean Beef, Ground
1tbsp.Olive Oil
1Onion, Chopped
1Bell Pepper, Chopped
1cupPanko Breadcrumbs
¼cupWorcestershire Sauce
2Tsp.Garlic, Minced
2Large Eggs
1tsp.Onion Powder
½cupMozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Salt And Pepper To Taste
4SlicesProvolone Cheese
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions and peppers until tender.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, knead together the ground beef, eggs, onions and peppers, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
Form half of the meat into a loaf shape in a baking dish or loaf pan.
Top with the provolone cheese.
Add the remaining meat on top, and form into a loaf with the cheese securely in the middle.
Bake for 30 minutes, sprinkle with the shredded cheese and bake for another 15.
