Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs are the perfect way to enjoy fall-off-the-bone ribs without firing up the grill. Just throw everything in the slow cooker and let it cook away while you enjoy your day.
Ingredients
2lbs.Beef short ribs
1C.Water
1C.Ketchup
6oz.Can of tomato paste
¾C.Brown sugar
½C.White distilled vinegar
2Tbsp.Dijon mustard
1Tbsp.Salt
Instructions
Place the short ribs into the slow cooker with the bones facing down.
In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the ribs.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the rubs and shred the meat. Discard the bones and return the shredded meat to the slow cooker. Toss in the sauce and serve.
