Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

Prep Time: 10 minutesCook Time: 8 hoursServings: 4

Ingredients Needed To Make Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs:

2 lbs. Beef short ribs

1 C. Water

1 C. Ketchup

6 oz. Can of tomato paste

¾ C. Brown sugar

½ C. White distilled vinegar

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. Salt

How To Make Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs:

Step 1. Place the short ribs into the slow cooker with the bones facing down.

Step 2. In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.

Step 3. Pour the mixture over the ribs.

Step 4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 5. Remove the rubs and shred the meat. Discard the bones and return the shredded meat to the slow cooker. Toss in the sauce and serve.
