Why this is our favorite crockpot beef ribs recipe
This recipe is a favorite because it is so simple to make, has a great flavor of smoky and a touch of sweet. The meat is super tender.

Why are Beef Short ribs so expensive?
Although they are expensive, they are one of the most flavorful cuts. When these beef short ribs are cooked in a slow cooker, they become incredibly tender.
What Barbecue Sauce is the best to use for this dish?
You want the ribs to be tangy, sweet, and sticky all at one time. You want a sauce that will complement the beef perfectly. If you already have a favorite, use that.
Can I use ribs with the bones instead of boneless?
Use the ribs you prefer, whether that is with bones or boneless, it is your choice. The difference would be in the cooking time. The boneless variety takes less time to cook.
Can I use Pork ribs instead of beef?
You sure can! Just keep in mind that the pork meat will be a little sweeter than the beef. You may want to choose a different barbecue sauce to compliment the Pork.
Can I cut the ribs before adding them to the slow cooker?
Cutting the ribs prior to placing them in the slow cooker may actually help the ribs to cook more evenly. The cooking will be pretty much the same. You may need less time to completely cook the pieces of rib meat.

Can you cook frozen ribs in the slow cooker?
Of course, you can, with just a few reminders. For one, the cooking time will need to be adjusted longer. If you do cook them in a frozen state, the ribs will likely be tough and chewy. Although you can cook them frozen, I do suggest they are thawed first.
What should I serve with Beef ribs?
I tend to serve barbecued ribs with a bowl of coleslaw and a dish of Potato Salad. However, many others will choose dishes like corn on the cob and baked beans.
How do I store these Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs?
If you have any left, they should be cooled to room temperature, placed into an airtight container, and placed in the refrigerator for 3 days. You could also store these ribs in the freezer for 2 months.
Can you make this Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs recipe in advance?
When you cook these ribs in the slow cooker, they are prepared in advance. They will cook for 3 to 4 hours. If you want them even more tender, cook them on low for 5 to 6 hours.
How do I reheat this dish?
To reheat the ribs, they can be placed in the slow cooker for 3 hours, you could also place them in a covered container and place them on a baking tray in a preheated oven set to 350*
