- Butter
- Granulated sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- All-purpose flour

- Granulated sugar
- Cinnamon
How to make Apple Pie Cookies:
Sep 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Sep 2. Add the cream cheese and softened butter into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until fluffy and creamy.
Sep 3. Place the remaining ingredients for the cookies into the mixing bowl, and beat until a well-combined dough has formed.
Adding the vanilla extract.
Adding the all-purpose flour.
Adding the cinnamon.
Adding the granulated sugar.
Sep 4. Roll the dough out onto a floured surface until it is about ¼ of an inch thick.
Sep 5. Use a three-inch round cookie cutter to cut out 40 circles of dough.
Sep 6. Place the apple pie filling into a bowl and mash.
Sep 7. Put a small dollop of apple pie filling in the center of 15 of the circles of dough.
Sep 8. Cover the filling with another circle of dough on top, and use the tines of a form to crimp the edges of each filled cookie closed.
Sep 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Sep 10. Mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon sugar garnish, and sprinkle on cookies fresh out of the oven.
