I just took these out of the oven and my house smells delish!!! They are beautiful and I am hoping after so many failed attempts at banana bread and banana muffins I have found the recipe that WORKS!!! Can’t wait to try them and share them with family tomorrow!
Jen,
I hope that you and your family enjoy the muffins!
I put them in for a little more than 20 minutes, a few came out raw. Overall, the one’s that were baked, were delicious! Will do this recipe again~!
Mihiri,
I had to put an oven thermometer in our oven because it wasn’t heating correctly. Maybe that could be the issue? You could also try rotating the muffin pan halfway through cooking…sometimes ovens have cooler spots. I am happy that the ones that were not raw you still enjoyed.
I hate that they turned raw.
