Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients for the cupcakes to a mixing bowl, and blend until a light fluffy batter has formed.

Then, add the butter.
Then, add the cinnamon.
Fill 12 sections of a muffin tin with cupcake liners, and fill each liner ⅔ of the way full of the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes and allow the cupcakes to cool.
Mix together the ingredients for the icing and ice each cooled cupcake before serving.
Adding the powdered sugar.
Then, add the butter softened.
Then, add the brown sugar.
Then, add the milk.
