If you want to make crispy apple pie egg rolls then apply a little cornstarch at the bottom of your egg roll sheet. You can also deep fry your apple pie egg rolls to make it crispy. Remove moisture from your apple pie egg rolls to make it crispy.

- Instead of coating my egg rolls into powdered sugar I coat them in cinnamon sugar powder.
Ingredients:
- Apples, peeled and diced
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Lemon, juiced
- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
How To Make Apple Pie Egg Rolls:
Step 1. In a medium bowl, toss together diced apple, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice together. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2. At the centre of each wrapper, place 2 tablespoons of apple mixture.
Fold in sides and wrap tightly.
Step 3. In a deep pan, preheat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls for about 4-5 minutes or until turning browned and crispy.
Step 4. If baking, Preheat oven to 425˚ Grease a baking sheet lightly. Bake rolls for 10-15 minutes or until browned, turning halfway through cooking time.
Step 5. Remove from pan onto paper-towel lined plate. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
