A delish dinner that is sure to be wow.

Best Easy Meatloaf

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

2 lb. Ground beef

¼ C. Italian dressing

1 Box Stovetop chicken flavored stuffing

2 large eggs

1 Onion chopped

2 Tbsp. Olive oil

¼ C. Ketchup + additional for garnish

½ C. Water

How to make Best Easy Meatloaf:

Step 1. reheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2. Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat on the stove.

Step 3. Place the onions and stuffing in the pan, and saute until the onions begin to soften.

Step 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing and onion mixture, Italian dressing, eggs, ¼ cup ketchup, and water. Knead with your hands until well combined.

Step 5. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape in a 9×13 baking dish.

Step 6. Top with additional ketchup.

Step 7. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
