This Blackened Shrimp and Asparagus meal makes the perfect dinner for anytime of the week and it’s very satisfying!
Ingredients for Blackened Shrimp and Asparagus:
½ lb Shrimp
½ tbsp Chili
1 tsp Paprika, Cumin, Onion powder, salt
½ tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 Bunch of Asparagus
1/8 c Vegetable stock
1 tbsp Hot sauce
Squeeze of lemon juice
Lemon slices, chili flakes and parsley for topping.

How to make Blackened Shrimp and Asparagus:
Step 1. Mix paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 1. Mix in with all the shrimp.
And mix,
Step 1. Add oil to a skillet on medium high heat and cook shrimp 2-3 minutes a side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 1. Turn heat down to medium and add the oil and butter to the same pan.
Step 1. Add veggie stock, lemon, and hot sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Step 1. Add asparagus and cook until done, about 4-6 minutes.
