For the crust:
- Graham crackers crushed
- Butter melted
- Granulated sugar
For the cream cheese layer:
- Cream cheese softened
- Heavy whipping cream
- Granulated sugar
For the pudding layer:
- Instant butterscotch pudding mix
- Milk
For the whipped cream layer:
- Heavy whipping cream
- Powdered sugar
For the topping:
- Butterscotch ice cream topping
- Shaved chocolate
How to make Butterscotch Lush:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×9 baking dish well.
Step 2: Add the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
Step 3: Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the crust and let cool.
Step 5: While the crust cools, combine the ingredients for the cream cheese layer until smooth and fluffy. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
Step 6: Combine the pudding layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Step 7: Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
Step 8: Beat together the ingredients for the whipped cream layer until soft peaks form.
Step 9: Spread the whipped cream mixture over the pudding layer.
Step 10: Chill the mixture for four hours.
Step 11: Top with butterscotch ice cream topping and shaved chocolate before serving.

- ½ C. Granulated sugar

- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened

- 2 Boxes of instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 ½ C. Milk
For the whipped cream layer:
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- For the topping:
- Butterscotch ice cream topping
- Shaved chocolate

Instructions

How long can I store this dessert in the refrigerator?
As long as the Butterscotch Lush is covered tightly you could store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. It could be placed into an airtight container to be stored in the refrigerator.
Can I freeze the Butterscotch Lush?
That is not advised. The whipped topping may separate when the dessert thaws. It is advised to only make the amount you will need.
