How To Serve Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon?
You can serve your garlic-baked salmon with a variety of side meals such as maybe wedges or sauté vegetables. The most common thing to serve with baked salmon is white rice of any sort either sticky or garlic rice.
Tips:
- Do not buy store seasoning rather make the Cajun seasoning at home with some of the herbs from your pantry such as thyme, paprika, garlic, and onion powder along with different peppers. This will give a better flavor to your baked salmon.
- Always defrost your salmon properly if kept in a freezer.
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Butter
- Garlic
- Honey
- Lemon, juiced
- Cajun Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley
How To Make Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, lightly greasing foil with oil.
Step 2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey and lemon juice.
Step 3. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place on the foil.
Sprinkle filets with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper.
Drizzle butter mixture over the top of the fillets.
Step 4. Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until cooked through.

- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- ½ tbsp Cajun Seasoning

Storing a baked salmon is not a hard task just put it in an airtight container and place it in the freezer for a good four months. You can also store garlic-baked salmon in the fridge.
How To Reheat Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon?
If you want to reheat your baked salmon, you can do it by baking it in the oven again but at a lower temperature until it is piping hot. Heat your oven to 270 degrees glaze a pan with some butter and place your leftover salmon on top. If you want your Cajun baked salmon to stay moist try adding rice at the bottom or some veggies.

Make sure to wrap the baked salmon properly before putting it in an airtight container. Once you have wrapped each piece of salmon you can store it in the fridge for about three days.
Can I Make Ahead Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon?
You need to marinate salmon for an hour with all the seasoning before it is baked. Try not to use frozen baked salmon rather always make fresh Cajun baked salmon which has a better aroma and flavor. If you make it ahead of time and keep it at room temperature, there are more chances of bacterial growth in the salmon.
