Cheesy Macaroni and Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
1 Onion chopped
2 C. Macaroni noodles
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 Can Cheddar cheese soup
½ tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
8 oz. Sour cream
½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
¼ C. Milk
8 Slices of American cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 C. Crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cook the macaroni until they are al dente, and drain the excess water from the pot.
Step 3: Add the Velveeta cheese to the pot with the macaroni, and stir until melted and combined.
Step 4: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef and onion until the beef is completely browned and the onion has softened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Stir in the sour cream
A. Cheddar cheese soup
B. Onion powder
C. Garlic powder
D. Parmesan cheese
E. Then add milk. Stir until combined well.
Step 6: Add the noodles to the skillet, and stir to combine.
Step 7: Spread the mixture into a 9×13 greased baking dish.
Step 8: Top with the American cheese slices and Ritz cracker crumbs.
Step 9: Bake for 20-25 minutes.
