I love Chocolate! Anything Chocolate flavored is perfect for me! This cake was one that I knew that I really had to try. Not only was I thrilled, but the family was also, they thought I had lost my mind with this much chocolate!
When I placed this on the counter and they saw it, their jaws went slack and then the smiles appeared.

A Chocolate Cake topped with Chocolate Chips would be enough for most people, however, that is just the beginning with this delicious and sweet Death by Chocolate Cake.
The cake itself has pudding in the mix to make it super moist! I have made this many times and I keep finding ways to make it even more chocolatey.

Why should I make this cake?
If you have anyone in the family that loves chocolate, this is a cake that is going to definitely impress them. This is also a perfect cake for celebrations, picnics, or parties. I have taken this Cake to Church Potlucks many times and I am always asked for the recipe.
What types of Variations do you have?
To begin, I like to add some hot fudge in the center of the cake, kind of like a molten Lava Cake. I also make a simple ganache and drizzle over the top of the Cake. I then top it with milk chocolate chips and also White Chocolate chips. You could also top the slices of this cake with a dollop of whipped topping.
Can I add nuts to this Chocolate Bundt Cake?
Definitely! Adding in chopped walnuts would be absolutely amazing! You could also add in Cherries or raisins.
