How to make Easy Coconut Pie:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a blender on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a pie plate and let mixture sit for 5 minutes.

Adding the eggs.
Step 3. Pour coconut over the top.
Step 4. Bake for 40 minutes.
