Ingredients:
28 Oz. Tomatoes (Crushed)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 lb. Turkey Italian Sausage (Ground)
4 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
5 cups Chicken Broth
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
8 oz. Lasagna Noodles (Broken Into Small Pieces)
2 cups Fat-Free Mozzarella (Shredded)
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Parsley For Garnish (Chopped)
Instructions:
Step 1. Saute the sausage and onion together over medium-high heat in a pot until the meat is browned and the onion is softened.
Step 2. Mix in the minced garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
Step 3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4. Pour in the chicken broth.
Step 5. Add in the broken noodles, cover and simmer at a low boil until the noodles are softened.
Step 6. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until completely melted. Serve with parsley for garnish.
