Lasagna soup can be stored for four days in the refrigerator but always store in a gastight jar. This quick lasagna soup recipe may be kept in the freezer for up to three months as well.

 How To Reheat Lasagna Soup?

If you plan to utilize the soup as leftovers or to prepare meals, I would suggest freezing simply the soup base without the lasagna noodles and cheese in the freezer because the noodles separate when thawed from freezing and become squishy. When you are ready to serve the lasagna soup defrost the broth several hours in the refrigerator and in the meantime boil your noodles. Bring the broth to boil and put in the noodles now let it simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
