For the cake:
- All-purpose flour
- Butter softened
- Salt
- Cream cheese softened

- Lemon extract
For the glaze:
- Fresh lemon juice
- Confectioner’s sugar
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees, and grease a bundt pan well.
Step 2. Cream together the butter, and cream cheese.
Then, add sugar until smooth and creamy.
Step 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Step 4. Add, All-purpose flour, salt, and lemon juice.
Then, add lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon extract.
Blend until the batter is smooth.
Step 5. Spread the batter into the bundt pan, and bake for 1 ½ hours, or until completely cooked through.
Step 6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Step 7. Flip the cake over onto a platter or plate, and release it from the bundt pan.
Step 8. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze, adding a bit more lemon juice if needed.
Step 9. Pour the glaze over the cake, and allow it to cool and set before serving.

- 3 tbsp Lemon juice, Fresh
- 2 c Confectioner’s sugar
