This easy Seared Scallops will be ready to serve in less than 10 minutes! MAKE SURE TO SAVE THIS ONE!
Prep Time: 5 minutes – Cook Time: 4-5 minutes – Servings: 4
Ingredients for Seared Scallops:
1 lb. Dried sea scallops
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Butter
3 tsp. Minced garlic
Chopped parsley for garnish
How To Make Seared Scallops:
Step 1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, dry them completely with a paper towel.
Step 3. Place the scallops and butter into the heated oil and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, turn the scallops over, and saute for a minute and a half longer.

Step 5. Serve topped with fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
