Why You’ll Love the Recipe:
If you love the rich, meaty taste of Sloppy Joes but you prefer them not to be so, well, sloppy, why not swap the buns for tortillas? Burritos are tasty as well as portable and easy to eat without getting sauce all over you, and tortillas also work beautifully with Sloppy Joes as the filling.
How to Serve Them:
These meaty burritos are a meal-in-one but you can always rustle up some tasty sides. Sliced avocado, pico de gallo, beans and rice, or a simple green salad would pair well.

Leftovers will keep for 3 days and can be nuked in the microwave or reheated in a hot oven. They won’t be as crisp when reheated but they’ll still taste good.
Variations and Substitutions:
Add any cooked leftover vegetables from the refrigerator or sneak in some minced carrot or other vegetables to get the kids to eat their fill! You can also sub lentils, beans or tofu for the beef for a vegetarian friendly alternative.

I thought that the capital T’s meant tablespoon. It had a good flavor but very, very salty. Was fun to make. Could not find a recipe for the cheese sauce anywhere so, I looked up one from the internet.
