Why You’ll Love the Recipe:

If you love the rich, meaty taste of Sloppy Joes but you prefer them not to be so, well, sloppy, why not swap the buns for tortillas? Burritos are tasty as well as portable and easy to eat without getting sauce all over you, and tortillas also work beautifully with Sloppy Joes as the filling.

How to Serve Them:

These meaty burritos are a meal-in-one but you can always rustle up some tasty sides. Sliced avocado, pico de gallo, beans and rice, or a simple green salad would pair well.

Can You Make Them Ahead?

You can prepare the beef mixture in advance if you like, and the ketchup mixture in a separate dish. Don’t assemble the Sloppy Joe burritos until you’re ready to cook and serve them though.
