Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

You’ll love to make this recipe because it is healthy, full of flavor, and you’ll only need a Crockpot to make it. 

For this recipe, you’ll need common pantry ingredients such as olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and dried basil. The key ingredient is the chicken thighs. Although this recipe takes 6 hours to cook, it is extremely easy to make and it only takes 15 minutes to prepare. 

Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 6 hours | Servings: 5-6

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste

2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

½ cup Soy Sauce

½ cup Ketchup

⅓ cup Honey

3 tsp Garlic (Minced)

1 tsp Basil (Dried)

Instructions:

Step 1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and sear on both sides in a skillet with olive oil.

Step 2. Place the seared chicken into the Crockpot.

Step 3. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and pour over the chicken.

a. Add 3 tsp minced garlic.

b. Add 1 tsp dried basil.

c. Add 1/3 cup honey.

d. Add 1/2 cup of ketchup.

e. Add 1/2 cup of soy sauce.

f. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the chicken thighs on the crockpot.

Step 4. Cook on low for 6 hours before serving. Enjoy! ♥
