- Olive oil
- Large onion sliced
- Fresh mushrooms sliced
- Zesty Italian dressing mix
- Cream cheese softened
- Fresh spinach
- Shredded mozzarella and provolone blend cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to make creamy spinach chicken
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until softened and caramelized.
Step 3. Stir the mushrooms into the skillet, and cook until tender.
Step 4. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and dressing packet.
Step 5. Place the chicken breasts into a well-greased baking dish, and top each one with an equal portion of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6. Add the spinach to the skillet with the onions and mushrooms, and saute until wilted.
Step 7. Cover the cream cheese topped the chicken with salt and pepper to taste and the spinach mixture.
Step 8. Top the chicken with the shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes before serving.

- 1 Onion, large, sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms, fresh, sliced

- 8 oz Cream cheese , softened

- 1 ½ c Shredded mozzarella and provolone blend cheese
