Snickerdoodle Bread is Pure Heaven

Easy, peasy, and yummy!

The sweetness cinnamon gives a nice touch to this snickerdoodle bread. It tastes like pure heaven! You should definitely try it.

I do not mean to belittle the joy of making this Snickerdoodle Bread. In fact, fast bread like this is my absolute favorite bread recipe to make.

Snickerdoodle Bread is straightforward and requires no additional cooking like chilling the dough, freezes like a charm, and is easy to tweak to make healthy too.

Tender and moist with sweet cinnamon and sugar permeating every bite, it’s bakes and leaves on the counter unattended.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour

Granulated sugar

Cinnamon

Baking powder

Butter unsalted and melted

Nonfat Greek yogurt

Vanilla extract

Eggs

⅔ C. Cinnamon baking chips

How to make Snickerdoodle Bread:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the baking chips. Beat on high until smooth.

d. baking powder

e. Butter unsalted and melted

f. Vanilla extract

g. Nonfat Greek yogurt

Step 3. Fold the baking chips into the batter.

Step 4. Spread the batter in an even layer in a well-greased loaf pan.

Step 5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until cooked through.

  • 2 Large eggs
  • ⅔ C. Cinnamon baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
