Why I love taco salad

I enjoy taco salad because there are so many different ways you can dress it up to make it your “own.” In other words, there is no “one recipe fits all” when it comes to making the best taco salad recipe. I prefer adding sour cream, avocado, and tomatoes to make mine a little bit healthier.
