Why do I love Oven Roasted Melting Potatoes?
- Oven-roasted melting potatoes are a scrumptious way to eat them.
- Herbs!, lots of favorable delicious herbs.
- Potatoes are stuffed full of the nutrients our bodies need, making them a healthy food option.
Is it necessary to boil potatoes before roasting?
Yes, because boiling improves the roasting process. It creates lightly cracked skins that let in added flavoring, for example, butter.
Why don’t my roast potatoes go crispy?
If you put the potatoes in the oven raw, they are unable to form the “crisp” you want because their skin does not break, so the heat can’t create crispy edges.
Does tin foil make potatoes crispy?
Not at all. Instead, the foil won’t allow the moisture out and you end up with soggy steamed potatoes. Tin foil does the exact opposite of what you want.
