Store spicy mayo in the fridge in a tightly sealed container for up to 1 week. No need to warm it up, spicy mayo is ready to jazz up any meal straight from the fridge.
It is not recommended to freeze spicy mayo and mayonnaise does not freeze or thaw very well.
