It is always my hubby’s favorite weekend breakfast to make.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 6
What you need to make this Bacon and Cheese Quiche:
1 Refrigerated pie crust
5 large eggs
1 C. Heavy whipping cream
⅔ C. Crumbled bacon
1 C. Shredded cheese of choice
¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Bacon and Cheese Quiche:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Place the pie crust into a well-greased pie plate.
Step 3. Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese to the bottom of the crust in the pie plate.
Step 4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bacon on the pie plate.
Step 6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the quiche is cooked through.
