This is the best and easy method to make BBQ Chicken Pizza with bbq sauce, red onion and cheese.

My family loved it! So easy and delicious! Great for easy weeknights meals!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

2 ready-made pizza bases

1/3 cup + 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded

1 tsp honey

½ red onion, thinly sliced

2/3 cup mozzarella cheese

2/3 cup cheddar cheese

Cilantro, to garnish

 

How To Make BBQ Chicken Pizza

Step 1. Preheat oven to 475˚

Step 2. Top ready-made pizza bases with 1/3 cup BBQ sauce divided between the two.

Step 3. Mix the shredded chicken with remaining 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and 1 teaspoon of honey. Scatter on top of bases.

And

Step 4. Top with red onion, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.

Step 5. Place in oven for 12-15 minutes, until turning golden. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
