Ingredients for Homemade Shrimp Tacos:
1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
8 Medium flour tortillas
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
1 ½ C. Coleslaw mix
⅓ C. Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Sour cream
1 tsp. Minced garlic
¼ C. Chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. Lime juice
Feta cheese crumbles
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped avocado
How To Make Homemade Shrimp Tacos:
Step 1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, cilantro and lime juice. Stir to combine well.

Step 2. In another bowl, place some of the dressing on the coleslaw mix, and stir to combine well.
Step 3. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
Step 4. Add the shrimp to the skillet with the taco seasoning, and saute until cooked through.

Step 5. Place a layer of the coleslaw mixture in the bottom of the tortillas, top with shrimp and garnish with the tomatoes, feta cheese and avocado. Drizzle with the remaining sauce mixture and serve.
