How to make blueberry cheesecake crescent rolls?
Step 1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Unroll the crescent roll dough, and separate each triangle individually.
Step 3. Blend together the creamy cheese, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Step 4. Add a teaspoon of the filling mixture to the wider end of each crescent roll along with some of the fresh blueberries.
Step 5. Starting at the widest end of each triangle of dough, roll the dough up over the filling, pinching the dough closed at the end.
Step 6. Brush the filled crescent rolls with egg white.
Step 7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 9-10 minutes, or until nicely browned.
Step 8. Let cool and serve with a dusting of powdered sugar as garnish.
